Course Overview

This course focuses on the role the human resource practitioner can play to embed a CSR ethic throughout the organization.  It is accepted that employee treatment – as monitored through some of key indicators – is a strong indicator of a firm’s CSR commitment. 

This course i sled by thought leaders in the field of HR and CSR. The delegates will be enriched by practical and real life case studies that are applicable to the workplace.
